The camera is a 2010 model but in as new condition... you won't find a better conditioned dSLR with very little shutter count... hardly used.

The lens is the F2.8 model and from all accounts a superb lens, originally sold for well over $1.2K.

The kit is owned by a keen photographer and I am selling it on his behalf. He tells me he's hardly used it since he bought it new.
