This lens is in as new condition. It has been looked after meticulously since I purchased it new in 2014 and is perfect in every way imaginable. I am the only one who has ever used it and I can state that it has been treated with the respect it deserves from day one. The lens is amazingly sharp and excellent for any type of sport or wildlife photography. This lens can take stunning shots both at distance and close up in macro mode.  

If you are genuinely interested in this lens then I most probably do not need to explain its credentials other than to say I have previously owned the Canon 400mm 5.6 and borrowed a friends Canon 100-400mm 5.6 (version 1) on my 7D and this lens is easily as sharp as all of them even with a 1.4 teleconverter at 420mm. I am happy to display photos as examples if required.

Comes with everything from original purchase. Add a decent 1.4 teleconverter to this lens and you have a very light, handy and sharp 420mm 5.6 lens that is excellent for birds and sport photography.
